The Stories We Tell Ourselves

Growing up, I often felt different. Anxiety and self-doubt were constant companions, and for a long time, I believed I was either not enough or too much. But then came the people who truly saw me—those who recognized strengths in me that I couldn't yet see in myself. That connection became my lifeline.

Through creativity, play, and movement, I finally found my voice. I learned that before real change can happen, the nervous system must feel safe. This understanding became the foundation of everything I do today.

Today, I help children, families, therapists, educators, and organizations strengthen relationships, move beyond limiting stories, and discover new possibilities through connection, creativity, and play.

Because when people feel seen, they begin to see themselves differently.
